MOVER. CREATOR. RESEACHER.
Felicitas is a dance artist and movement practitioner whose work lies in uncovering the kinetic potential of the body. Originally trained in contemporary and classical forms, her background blends together a range of movement practices that center somatic research, improvisational methods, and functional strength training for performance. She has danced and worked with artists across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe, developing interdisciplinary coursework and choreographic projects that aim to bridge scientific principles with experiential movement. As a trainer, she leads weekly classes, workshops, and individual/group sessions for movers of all backgrounds, prioritizing a technical approach of embodied awareness to expand your capacity in motion. She holds a M.S. in Kinesiology & Human Performance, and is currently working towards advancing neurosomatic research for movement education and rehabilitation.

CONTACT
Dance is the language.
The body, the scribe.
With 20 years of technical training in classical, contemporary, and urban dance forms, my curiosity for movement brings inquiry into physical practice through an integrative approach designed to expand the body's capacity in motion.Dance is my primary language. A polykinetic foundation translated into broader applications of sports science, functional strength training, improvisational play, somatic research, martial arts, yoga, and alternative movement therapies for psychological and physical well-being.I support movers in deepening their physical awareness and expressive capacity through various forms of training and education. Whether in class or in the studio, we bridge the space between physical curiosity and kinetic expansion; the body becomes a site of intelligence, inquiry, expression, resistance, creative possibility. It is the living archive for every breathing moment, an energetic trace of human existence in motion. That is the heart of what I do and why I move — to support the physical realm as source and site for evolving expressions of life.
